To use most features of MyHoodd, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:
MyHoodd is a location-based platform designed to assist you with local integration and neighborhood socializing. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that:
Users can share posts, upload photos, make comments, participate in polls, and send messages on MyHoodd. You are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display on the platform.
You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you create and upload to MyHoodd. However, by uploading content, you grant MyHoodd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, display, copy, publish, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
MyHoodd operates a zero-tolerance policy against inappropriate content or abusive behavior. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, edit, block, or delete any user-generated content that violates our Community Guidelines.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors on MyHoodd:
To ensure a safe environment for all local users, MyHoodd provides built-in mechanisms to report and block bad actors:
⚠️ User Reporting: You can report any post, comment, or message that violates community standards. Our moderation team reviews flagged items within 24 hours.
🚫 User Blocking: You can block any user at any time. Once blocked, they will not be able to view your profile, send you chat requests, or view your posts, and you will not see theirs.
We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and block your access to MyHoodd if we determine that you have violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or engaged in behavior that poses a threat to our community's safety.
You may also voluntarily terminate your account at any time. You can delete your account directly inside the app by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, or review our Account Deletion Policy Page for instructions and detail on how to request deletion via email support.
All logos, custom graphics, user interface designs, software, trademarks, and branding associated with MyHoodd (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of MyHoodd and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.
MyHoodd is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHoodd, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
